That's impossible, how can I mail it and have them receive it the next day? They should have an expiration date at least a week or two away, so that I can first receive and activate the new Pixel 9, copy stuff over (if needed), delete all my personal info from the Pixel 6 ("You will remove all Device data and personal information, passwords, security software, or user locks."), then ship it to them and leave time for shipping carrier to get it to them.
So I reluctantly backed out at the final step.
What's next?
Once that cool new device is in your hands, get started on these important next steps.
Trade in your old device
Once your new Pixel 9 Pro ships, you'll have 30 days to send back your current Google GVU6C Pixel 7 5G 128GB White - T-Mobile in good condition to retain your promotional value of $800.00.

Correct. They're not going to just give out free phones and let you switch carriers.
At least with Android phones they let you temporarily SIM unlock for 30 days five times a year.
Online only deal. Unless you can find a Costco employee that can circumvent the system. Even says web offer only on the promotion.
Incorrect. This promo works on almost all plans that allow EIPs. Did it on my Sprint one plan.
I recalled many years ago, the store rep did all the above and even checked for water damages. I can't remember what he did to confirm whether it was damaged or not.
Just traded in my pixel 6 Pro at a corporate store. No issues. Got my receipt that shows "trade-in device details -accepted offer."
A couple of follow-up questions (to help me decide whether I will be returning this):
1. Can I keep it in the box for 2 years and not activate it (or will my not activating cause credit to drop off)?
2. If I have to activate it, does it need to remain active on my account? And, if yes, does it need to be active on the same line for which I did the upgrade, or can I keep it active on a different line (same account)?
Also, if anyone still has one of those 30% off codes floating around, please PM me.
Thanks.

Mine is the 9 pro XL
Not sure if this information apply to trade-in with Bestbuy but I am sure Bestbuy and others must have access to the same Tmobile system to see if the phone is fully paid or not since this is very common thing.
Am I missing something???

If I can get that Costco $100 gift card, even better; still waiting for that. What is the process for receiving that (if someone knows)?
