Update: I had to do it a few times and finally the correct monthly price of $8.33 per month showed correctly.
In any case, I called several Costcos and Tmobile retail stores and they all told me the same thing, digital sale only using the T Life app. Being a business customer, the app constantly rerouted me to log on through the business portal. From the business portal, it constantly crashes when trying to do this P943 promo.
So I just called 611 to do it by phone and they said sure. I started it with them but didn't feel comfortable because I insisted I wanted to do the trade in via in person at a local store only.
The rep on the phone sounded very unsure of herself and we wound up triple lining with a retail store manager from my local area. He told me to 100% do it in person with him at the store.
Long story short, I was able to do it in person, with a store manager at a local retail store. They have to kind of use a back door method to do it but I have it in writing from them that they'll honor it and take my trade in person at the store . They're shipping me the Porcelain color XL and I should have it in a few days.
Rather deal with a local store manager than someone in a far away country any day of the week.
