I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

For an upgrade of existing line, do we have to insert sim and activate it before the system credits kick in? 3 days later after receiving tjr phone, I still have not received sms indicating promo enrollment.

I got a mint S9+ for $95. There were some that popped up for around $80-90, but you have to be quick. Refresh once an hour or so, as they don't stick around long.

I just went to a Costco the has a T-Mobile kiosk and they said that the upgrade is online only. does anyone know what I need to tell them so I can do it through Costco so I can get the $100. Costco gift card

The offer shows up at the Costco kiosk as, "Digital Only." I've seen it. That means they are not supposed to use the offer in store.

In fact, my guys told me they ignored that flag and put the order through anyway and the while thing blew up for the customer a month later.
