I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

Does any one have the promo code for the Pixel buds (Pxxxx) and the full text of the promo?
I tried to get that when it was on but my account was not active so chat told me to wait till the phone was activated which I did in the next day (Dec 8th) but when I called 611 a few days later I got passed around a couple of times and then got "Online Sales Support" (not the exact phrase but close). The rep there said they could not add the promo after the fact.

But several people here seem to have managed it, so I'm wondering it it's worth calling again armed with more information.

Folks who are successful in re-ordering thru CSR, did you received trade-in document like last time? I tried, CSR placed order, it had finance and other docs to e-Sign, but no docs related to trade-in. I am skeptical, thinking of cancelling CSR order.

Not for the older grandfathered plans, that deal is dead/expired. Need to be on a newer plan now.

Just finished my call with Tmobile since I recovered the phone and buds today

Rep read the notes and said the promo is : Or21966

I told him I thought it was id240577
He said no, that his manager approved the or21966

Now I am confused. Will follow up tomorrow.

Touch the right-most icon at the bottom (the one that says Manage). Then scroll all the way down and you might need to wait a split second while it loads the rest so you can scroll a bit more. Once everything loads there you should see "Device payment plans >" near the end of that page. That's what you need to touch and it will open EIP page

Honestly, I think the navigation in the app and especially on their web site is not very intuitive, I always forget where the things I need are and how to get to them
