So, if somebody is having a hard time with CSRs in T-Life app or the web-site chat, I'd suggest to try messaging T-Force via FB or X. I didn't think it would work as I believed it's the same people and just a different communication channel, but apparently T-Force support is a completely different experience. I spent maybe 5 minutes and got the problem sorted out in one hour time frame. Compare that to multiple chats each dragging for 30+ minutes with endless promises that I would be taken care of and just needed to wait only a few more days as the enrollment request is being worked on, that didn't result in anything in almost two weeks
Another way is log in to your account on t-mobile.com. Then go to Bill&Pay (top left corner), then scroll down to find View device payment plans link and click on it which should open this page: https://www.t-mobile.com/eipjod where all your EIPs are listed along with applied promotions
Smartphone Trade ID240577
Monthly credits remaining: 24
Amount of monthly credit: $33.34
so mine was one of the ones that was canceled
I ordred december 4th and it was canceled
I placed another order and I called up to get on the correct promo. the first rep said I he saw the details and put me on a different promo. I called a few days later and this rep said he put me on the correct promo
also, when I had to do the new order, it showed that the buds would be free on eip. I told the rep the promo id and I currently don't see the buds in my eip page.
now I have to try to have tmobile accept my trade in device at a corp store vs shipping it out.
Honestly, I think the navigation in the app and especially on their web site is not very intuitive, I always forget where the things I need are and how to get to them

Do you folks like the Pixel line? I've been on Samsung phones for years and on simple choice so options to upgrade for cheap / free are very slim and hard to come by.
I liked Samsung apps like the gallery and music app and secure folder which aren't on Pixel phones. I don't like google stock apps. Wondering if I'll end up liking this phone after awhile.
