This model is very… bad. The way it fits is very uncomfortable and I even got headaches it fit so awkwardly. The plastic does not flex the way the newer model does. I returned and got the newer model with flexing rubber and like it 10x more.

Looks like bestbuy has also matched these prices.

I just bought myself a replacement OpenRuns at Target for 89.99, and there was a $10 off a $60 tech, sports, toy offer on my target card, and with the 5% off, I got it for $81ish. Don't forget your friendly cashback sites as well.

Cannot find the $10 off tech offer as would make getting them from Target but used my $50 off $50 from getting Target card and $10 reward so $30. Went with mini as should fit tight against neck below MTB helmet.

I own this and open run and open run mini. Open run mini fits me perfectly, and I prefer that over the move. Open move is a little stiffer than open run, so the fit is not as good in my experience. Open run sounds noticeably better than open move imo. But the open move has USB-C while the runs have a proprietary magnetic charger, which is a big win for the move.

Thanks for pointing this out. I tried these out in best buy a month ago. I knew they were the pro's but I bet also the 2.0. I was impressed with the sound. I tried them out a couple years ago and didn't like the sound. I might stop by best buy in a bit to check them out again, but they were prob the 2.0's on display.

I plan on picking up the 2.0's today. At least per reviews, there was a significant bump in bass on the 2.0's. BestBuy has the blue 2.0's on sale also.

I tried these years ago before buying original Airpods and they made my ears tickle when listening to music. Do these newer ones still have that issue or is that something that can't really be solved due to the bone conduction?

I had the OpenMove for 3ish years. Lots of cycling, running, and playing (not swimming) in the pool. I had no comfort issues with them. They functioned perfectly for my use. Hear the music and hear my surroundings. Not great quality music but we all know that's not the point of these.

As someone else posted above, if you want the OpenRun, Costco is $75 online and in store. I picked up a pair last night

I've seen multiple reviews on YouTube talk about how the 2.0's were able to solve this. Worth a watch.

I'm a runner and these headphones are simply the best tool I've ever found to make running safer and even more enjoyable. Being able to both hear my music and also my feet beneath me, my breathing, and ambient noise is a godsend. These let me stay in rhythm and much more aware of my pace than other headphones which is a huge bonus. I have the Openmove, the fit is perfect, I have "lost" them while they're on my face before, and while I'm sure the newer models are much better, they're already so good I don't feel the need to upgrade just yet. The bass on the openrun pro 2.0 is pretty tempting but if you've never experienced bone conduction headphones, these are really stellar. I have basically nothing bad to say about them except don't get the white color, they will discolor with age and sweat.
