I have an 18v 7.25" Bosch miter saw that weighs 26 lbs vs this one at 59.3 lbs. I got it for $180 with batteries, but I already had 10 Bosch batteries.
At the time, I was pretty set on getting the corded 12" Axial Glide miter saw. I didn't need cordless, but the niche of being less than half the weight and that crazy sale price made up my mind.
On the other hand, a cordless circ saw is indispensable. Throw it in a bag with a speed square, cut anything anywhere.

IMO, if the 10" is serving you well, and is well calibrated, and if you have a variety of good blades, there's no reason to change horses.
OTOH, the soft start on the Bosch, and especially the clearance when permanently mounted back up against a wall, in a smaller shop -- those are major quality of life features for some.
I think your Ridgid cart will handle the Bosch without issue. The largest Ridgid saws are similar in size and weight.
