Good price on a solid Chromebook (good CPU and RAM specs). However, after coupon the Acer Chromebook Plus (CB514-4HT-359X, Gray) listed here was only $8 more ($177.64 including tax and shipping!).
Compared to N100/N200, yes - slower. But 1st, not many N100/N200 Chromebook out there. 2nd, N4500 performance is adquate for a Chromebook, especially paired with 8GB.
I have 2 Chromebooks with N4500, both run smoothly for what I do (and most CB users do).

I just figured it out.. you need to get the Chromebook anniversary code.. it's $50 off a new one at Costco. I haven't replicated it yet, but will try it in the morning.

Pretty slow Atom compared to something like an N100 or N200.
8 GB RAM is a plus though. I noticed this depressing 4 GB model at Walmart when I was in there:
