Noise cancellation on Pro 2 is noticeablly better than Pro 1, but my biggest reason for upgrading was just to get USB-C so I could dump all of the Lightning cables (finally).

I think $30-$35 for AirPods Pro 1, which isn't a good deal and you should keep them or sell them elsewhere at that point.
I'd be trading in my years old AirPods 2. $20 is probably more-or-less what I could get by selling them on Facebook marketplace anyway.
