Would T-mobile be able to unlock this? wondering if i can grab this, use the mint service for myself and hand off the phone to my mom who is on t-mobile. I know the phone would work as it's the same network but wondering if tmobile can unlock this or not or does it have to be 60 days on Mine

Submitted order at 9:40am, received shipping notice at 1:23pm. I'm a long time existing customer, ordered the phone only; not sure if that matters.

Just checked with an online agent, this offer is not valid for existing customers.
I am an existing customer and I got 2 at $299 shipped. Will be in hand on Friday.

Try this. Log in your account on the website, come back to this thread and click the deal link while you are logged in. You should be able to see $299

Did the esim/new customer thing a few hours ago and still haven't received a confirmation email, nor is the transaction showing on my account. So not looking good...
Still no email or anything on my account. Just chatted with an agent who said it's still processing and could take 24 hours.

Given that others are getting shipping emails within a few hours, I'm not feeling confident about this.

Thanks the scroll to the bottom trick worked. Any other way didn't work!
This method worked for me too! I couldn't get it to work any other way to see the $299 price. Thanks @tbone16

Mint uses T Mobile. Mint is an MVNO
Mint was purchased by T-Mobile and is now a flanker brand, not an MVNO.

You can buy the phone without the plan for $300.
You can get a pixel 9 for $300? Where? I've seen Pixel 7s for 300 maybe even a pixel 7 Pro. are you talking about used? bundled with a different carrier or something?

I'm not in the market for a new phone but if there's a Pixel 9 available for $300 I'll grab one as a backup

edit: oh Lord I've now been reading 18 pages of people with about every single possible complication you could imagine. this was not the idea way to shop for a phone.

You have to be an existing Mint customer. Some users reported they can get the deal after signing up for a 3 month plan for $30

I am seeing conflicted information about this. I thought mint Mobile had increased the unlock period that 12 months. But you know what I'm probably shouldn't have even guessed since I don't know for sure anymore. no Verizon is 60 days for their hodgepodge of prepaid carriers like total or whatever

Yes I see that now after reading it through some of this complications on the page. I do appreciate the feedback. Too many complications probably for me to take it seriously. It is a great deal if it works for people
