which ones? Whey *isolate* is >80% protein content
I'm talking about per gram of actual protein, not per gram of powder. (Per gram of powder, a la Amazon, is meaningless.)
If you prefer less fat, less lactose, less carbs, you may prefer isolate over concentrate, of course. Isolate it typically more expensive.
What I care about is per gram of actual protein, whether from isolate or concentrate.

wtf is going on w this forum???? my posts just get deleted, for no reason, never once do i even get any sort of notification that it was done... why should anyone post here, when who knows what's going on behind the scenes that causes posts to get deleted?
This is a deal on whey isolate. I have an alert for whey isolate. Every time there is a deal for whey isolate posted, there is invariably someone who will bumble along and say it's a bad deal, bc there are simple protein POWDERS that can be found cheaper. Why is my comment about that deleted, yet a reply stating that protein content per gram is "meaningless" kept up? it doesn't make the slightest bit of sense. Ban me, do whatever, but don't just DELETE my contributions to the forum w/out having the constitution to tell me about it.
genuinely the most pathetic bs i've seen in ages, not worth my gd time
So, if lactose is not a problem, should I not be fretting over isolate and just get concentrate? From what I understand, the outcome is the same for either.

Looks like the comment section is full of antisocial and slow people today. 😂
