Interesting.. How do you know the 4070 can't exceed 100w? Do they say that in the specs somewhere? Otherwise, for a desktop replacement system which probably uses external monitors, this looks like a pretty good deal.

The 4060 and 4070 are both configured to not exceed 110-115W. It's a known fact.
Anything more than that gives you insignificant gains.

The mobile 4070, no matter if it's mentioned 140W, it will be limited till 115W.
Id reckon you watch YouTube veideos and try understanding.

If you don't mind the weight, it's one of the best 4070 laptop deals currently available.
However, if you can get the Intel Ultra series 1 chip with a 4070 at this price point then that would be better in terms of battery and iGPU.

For the same price whats better? It is easy to complain but I dont see many deals at this pricepoint for a good gaming laptop!

You can add more than 100w but the effect is very minimum. Check this out basically it's a NVDA's strategy to force ppl buy top tier 4080 or 4090 gpu
