I have no complaints with it.

It's the only litter I've pooped in since acquiring my human.

I stopped using this brand after their clumping stopped clumping. It's been almost five years. Has it gone back in quality?

Totally!! I'm very surprised how this litter got very high reviews. The tracking and amount of dust was horrible. Basically it was the complete opposite of what they claim about this litter is. After many trial with different brands and kind of litters, we've settled on a 100% natural solution from Naturally Fresh Cat Litter, that is made from walnut shells. It is amazing. great odor control, very low tracking, very good clumping and it lasts significantly longer than any other cat litters we have tried. Since it does not include any chemicals in it, it is much more safe for our cat and us since none of us inhaling any chemical particles.
I wonder if they have different factories.
I think the Ultra is much better than some others, especially w.r.t. tracking, and clumping seems to be fine, too.

Note: Some cats can have walnut allergies, so anyone who tries a walnut shell based litter, be aware of this.

I tried it last time it was discontinued and OMG it made so much dust. Every time my cats would go to the toilet there was a cloud of dust around them.

give it a try on Naturally Fresh Cat Litter made from walnut shells. We have been using it almost a year now. We scoop daily and just add as much as we scooped out. We have never dumped the litter box at all unlike other litters you have to dump whole thing in 3-4 weeks most. It has great odor control and clumps very good. and it lasts significantly longer.
I've never used any walnut shell litter that could clump worth anything. Constantly falls apart. Great on smell, yes. Last forever, yes. Clump level, none unless you let it dry in there days.

This litter has been getting more and more dusty over the years. I'm over it. There's always flour like dust collecting at the bottom now.

I've been using this for the past three years. While I have noticed subtle changes in formulation, the performance remains good. I use this for a single cat, in a jumbo Van ness covered box. I put 3-4 inches of litter, clean every 2-3 days, top-off every 2-3 weeks, and change the whole litter every 2-3 months. It never smells, barely tracks, and the cat seems to be happy with it. I have also tried the purple one, which I liked slightly more than this, but it's usually a bit more expensive

Also noticed that this has a lot more dust than 2 years ago.
Cat's room is covered in a layer of dust everyday that requires me to mop

I use this, it's OK. Standard Tidy Cata is better and so is Arm n Hammer.

I decided to try Tidy Cats Light version and it's the worst in the Litter Robot. It doesn't clump and just sticks to the black rubber. Also does not absorb so the ammonia smell is awful.

I haven't had a dust issue.

My human gets a cloud of dust when pouring the whole bag out into our 5gal litter bucket, but that's the humans problem, not mine.

No dust problem for my regular usage.

I've stopped using this trash brand. You can get 40lb clumping at Walmart for $11 or $12 any day of the week. Why pay more? You can debate small differences all day long. Price is king. Special kitty

no cat litter is dust free. both brands claim low dust.

We used this in a litter robot 3 for a bit than switched to large stainless steel pans. Have 3 cats.

I prefer A&H slide litter but wife hates the smell. This litter seems to track less than most because it's bigger sand. Nothing will not track. Also, every cats paws are different and how they dig to bury will determine how much litter is in the paws when they get out of the litter.

I'd prefer to mix this with Slide litter to help with scooping.

For cost it works with 3 cats using two large stainless pans and scooping every 2-3 days. If you scoop daily it should be fine.
