You've got to use the code within 90 days, if you're buying more than one, it's because you have more than one line to use them on.
You'll receive 12GB on our GSMA network, and 8GB on GSMT and CDMA.
I think so. The price just reduced from its original price a few minutes ago. During BF 2023, it was on sale for $190.

It was $195 a few months ago and it was a FP deal. I was expecting around $180 for BF. But it appears not.

I have used Red Pocket GSMT for over 5 years and am planning to get two renewal kits.

Yeah-just absorbs off of the 10, 15, 20gb plan

One thing to consider is they throttle you HARD when you hit your cap-like completely unusable speed

Hotspot is fine but I definitely wouldn't be watching any long videos or tv shows on any limited data plan on phone hotspot. Hotspot uses more data than just a phone using data alone too. Use sparingly and don't use with tv streamer like chromecast and fire stick. Even with an unlimited plan, I still would never regulary use a phone hotspot for TV streaming as it puts a ton of wear and tear on the phone's battery that weakens phone battery in long run. I currently have the 5GB annual plan with red pocket.
Thanks for the hints!

I googled it and posted the info here earlier.
https://help.redpocket.com/are-te...cket-plans
That link only refers to their two web plans as far as I can see:
  • Enjoy 5GB of fast hotspot data on our $30 Unlimited Everything plan.
  • Get 20GB of fast hotspot data on our $40 Unlimited Everything plan.

I'm not sure that this 12GB plan is the eBay analog to the $30 web plan. Especially so since under their Broadband Facts it says Unlimited high speed data.

Note that they put a hold on your account if you text too much. My kids' accounts got suspended twice and the hold doesn't get lifted until you call. Kinda annoying but we still have 3 lines and no complaints about the service as a whole.

Has anyone purchased this and transferred it to an eSIM? I'm looking to use this on my iPad mini 7.

Just a thought. If you are planning to buy this for $200, there is a US Mobile plan (Unlimited Flex) for $210 (taxes n fees included) which provides below. This is priority data on all 3 networks whichever you choose.

Unlimited Data, Talk & Text
Apple Watch add-on
5G mmWave & C-band
10 GB Premium Data*
5 GB Hotspot Data
Int'l Calling and Texting
Int'l Data add-on
$2 per Network Transfer

speeds may be throttled to 1 Mbps after the Premium or High Speed data allotment is used.

more details on plan below.

I had one kid on US Mobile on a trial basis. Thing wouldn't work - zero bars - in all of Puert Rico. Not being sure where else there may be issues, we switched back to Red Pocket.

Not a useful or Black Friday deal.
Does anyone know if the 1gb plan is going to come back or it's discontinued?
Tell me friends , why is this down voted? . Isn't the price the same throughout the year and aren't you hurt with the removal of the lower budget plans and the imposition of shipping fees of $6-$7 on online renewal?

Hmmm.... interesting about new the hotspot limits. Been with RP for as long as I can remember, and for all this time all of my available data has been able to be used from my phone as a hotspot. I'm on the 5GB plan now, and until reading this years' thread this is the first time I've been concerned about losing the ability to use my phone as a hotspot.... I've rarely come anywhere close to consuming those 5GB.

I can see on the RP website that the only plans that include ANY hotspot capability are those at the $300-level and up. But the RP ebay listings make no mention about hotspotting at all - either for or against.

I know that RP responds to these posts (thanks for engaging, by the way - absolutley appreciated!) Can you clarify, specifically, which eBay plans include hotspotting and which do not? And for those that do, is ALL of the data available or only a specific number of GBs?

200MB for $45/year
500MB for $60/year
5GB for $180/year
12GB for $200/year (Black Friday Pricing)
25GB for $360/year

Which of these include hotspotting, and what is the hotspot data limit for each that does?

Permanently oos on eBay. You can renew under your web account but expect $12 recovery fee, 2.5% admin fee plus the usual regulatory fees.

Infimobile is not an AT&T MVNO. Verizon or T-mobile only. For some, that's not a big deal. For others, it is. The Red Pocket deal is for their GSMA (AT&T) service, so it's not quite apples to apples.

Nevertheless, your point it taken. Their plans do not offer hotspot, although you can pay an extra $5/month ($60/yr) for 5GB. The 10GB plan, paid up front for 12 months, with hotspot, is $159/year all-in (taxes, if applicable, notwithstanding). So.

RP = ATT = 12GB data, 5GB hotspot (subject to confirmation), $200/yr
IM = Verizon/TMo = 10GB data, 5GB hotspot, $159/yr

If one does not need those last 2 GB and don't mind the coverage difference between networks, the ~20% savings is noteworthy. If one DOES need the full 12GB, then you're looking at stepping up to IM's 15GB plan, and the cost is higher than Red Pocket.

Thanks for sharing.
