This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

I just didnt want to go the retailer during black friday wknd. Max 4 lines. Also I believe they will take any iphone, Samsung phone as long as it's in working condition. I traded in my mother's iphone 10 which is now 6 yrs old. Also the main reason I went with Verizon directly…just didnt want to deal with rep at Walmart and they tell you something and you get something else. Verizon was able to waive $35 activation fee as well. You should be fine with cricket.
Thanks for the info..I always get nervous with chat reps as they promise moon and sometimes it doesn't apply properly on account, do they show you on confirmation that 200$ gift card is on each line ? How soon do you get the gift card and per month device discount goes down if you take unlimited welcome plan ? I saw on website for higher level plan it's 1000 trade in credit vs 800 for welcome plan (it might be on bestbuy site) but still..

Man, three years are a long time to be locked in to a contract.

Even better is after Verizon gives him the money, switch to the Tmobile steal a customer plan. They will pay at least $800 a phone to steal you away. Then once Tmobile you the money, you leave and sign up up with an MVNO like Mint mobile/Visible or someting on your unlocked phones. Thats a true slickdeal. Sometimes Tmobile will go higher than 800 each over Cyber Monday. Maybe. Then you have 4 paid off unlocked phones. Then next yr rinse and repeat. 36 month plans benefit the carrier, not you.

Does Verizon not have a specific rule like Google Fi's requirement to keep a SIM card in a new phone for six months? Can I swap the sim/esim to another phone?

Thanks!

Alternatively you can just get 4 lines on Verizon for $60 if you stick with the unlimited welcome and no added perks. You get no iphones this route.

To do this:
Have 4 paid off phones
Chat to a sales rep
Tell them you want to bring your own devices to all 4 lines. They will offer you 4 for 100, ask if they can do better.
Apply for auto-pay
*Apply for an employment discount on the Verizon site (nurse, first responder, military, etc).
This works out to $20/line - $20 employment discount = $60

Notes:
it doesn't have to be 4 lines, but this is how you get the maximum discount.
You can be a pre-existing customer.
They don't readily offer this, you will have to advocate for yourself.

T-Mobile limited it to $650/2 lines, or $1300 max. Also don't forget to include that they require you to have paid for your line for at least 3 months before they pay it off. There's a lot of fine print, so do your own research before committing to this.

You didnt read the fine print. So After being with Verizon for the 3 months and Tmobile 4k in phones are paid off and no contract. Not bad. You are right read the fine print that says you can do 4 lines: (as it states ". Up to 4 lines.") Is 3 months from Verizon and 3 from Tmobile better than 36 from Verizon? I think it is. I wont tell you that somebody I know double teamed this with his wife and even after running extra service, ended up selling 4 phones for a nice profit. He also went through a Capital One portal that gave him more cash back. Also good from ATT and those clowns at Xfinity. At the end of the day this turns the tables on all these carriers. Not to mention, if 120 for 4 lines was the best Verizon deal, he can round trip it back to them. Instead of 36 months he has zero months. Than in 2025 rinse and repeat like I stated. In 2025 he will have phones that will have alot of cash value. Those phones an be sold for nice cash that could potentially pay for a year of service or close to it. There are people who hack the heck out of this stuff. The real sharp ones use Google Voice numbers for their main number. Why? Becuase it ports everywhere and anywhere immediately. That can make it a little smoother for them flipping the carriers. 36 Month contracts from Verizon and ATT? Nope. I would see if by cyber monday if the deal gets better. A few times they have gone all the way to $1000 credit. Maybe they will keep the 800, but who knows.

Limited time offer; subject to change. Qualifying device, credit, service, and port-in (Verizon, AT&T, Spectrum, Claro, Xfinity, Liberty, or US Cellular) required. You must unlock device before port-out; ask us how. Device balance (incl. lease purchase option) up to $800 paid by virtual prepaid MasterCard (no cash access & expires in 6 months) which you can use online or instore via accepted mobile payment apps, typically within 15 days. Tax excluded. Submit proof of balance & 90+ days in good standing with carrier & device within 30 days of port-in and be active and in good standing when processed; allow up to 15 days. Devices previously used for Keep & Switch are not eligible. We might ask for more information. Up to 4 lines. One offer per subscriber. T-Mobile Prepaid MasterCard is rebate/reimbursement or exchange on port-in; for any tax implications, consult a tax advisor. No money has been paid by you for the card. Card is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is a registered trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. It's already been mentioned that the iphone 16 series is not yet eligible for Tmobile's keep and switch. It could be that in 3 months which is TMO's minimum requirement it could be added. Also keep in mind 7+ months of installment is needed to bring the device balance from $1000 to $800. Otherwise after 3 months the remaining balance is $916 and TMO only reimburses $800. For 4 lines that's nearly 4 months of sevice anyway and close to a wash. In 7 months the chances of the iphone 16 series being added to the list increases as well.

Also a popular cashback site has increased their Verizon cashback to $150.

I am with T-Mobile and have about $600 in total to payoff on couple devices.

Will I be able to continue pay my installments even after moving to Verizon? Or there any other good strategies.

Don't want to pass up on this amazing deal

I was reading on their website:

More fuzzy promotions to wade through the BS terms!
So, after 3 hours of chatting with the online sales reps (I was in the middle of cooking Turkey Dinner - which I warned them about), I was finally able to figure something that will work for me. Less having to go through the BS of the Walmart deal - and I still haven't figured out what "Cashback" site is, that can't be mentioned...but I digress.

I am moving 5 older iPhones (SE2's, 12's, etc..) from T-Mobile to Verizon with this deal.

I'm getting an iPhone 16 Pro Max, (2) iPhone 16 Pro's, an iPhone 16 Plus, and an iPhone SE3 (don't ask - it's the request of someone who still wants a button). Phones will basically be free with the 36 months of the $27.77 monthly credit. I still have to pay a slight up charge for the Pro Max.
  • I'm getting Five $200 eGift cards.
  • All of the phones are on Unlimited Welcome (Some of the phones have the added $10 per month add on, for the 100GB Hotspot (need the hotspot - but not required to be on Unlimited Plus)).
  • Getting Military, Auto-Pay, and Verizon FIOS discounts.
I will be paying approx. $135-150 a month - which is roughly what I'm paying now on T-Mobile for 5 lines.
I'll have all new phones and $1,000 in eGift Card that I can pay towards my Verizon Bills (which should cover ~7 months of service...

I have 5 lines with T-mobile, and 1 of the 5 still on a lease for a few more months. The other 4 are unlocked and finished. Will Verizon buyout the last line if I switch and use this deal?

Also, since it's 4 lines max for the iPhone 16 Pro deal, I wonder what the price would be on a 5th iPhone 16 Pro if I trade in an iPhone 14 Pro?

I exceeded the four lines...you can too. Just make sure to follow the numbers VERY closely if you do the online chat.

I think buying a car is easier than phone deals these days - Granted, I pay cash and I already negotiate the price I'm going to pay out the door online before walking into the dealer.

I just called them 2 days ago and they said this was not for the "unlimited welcome" but for the higher level plans. Did they just change this to include unlimited welcome now?
