This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

Thanks everyone. got an agent that will give me $200 credit with welcome plan.

I went with 4 pro max for $22 extra per month. don't really need to.

best part is, now I still have a S23 ultra, an iphone 13 pro max , and two 13 pro to get rid of. I have two 5s and two 6s laying around collecting dust. really don't know they can still be used for trade in!

spent half a day researching walmart deal. this is much better.

Did you choose unlimited welcome or a higher tier to get the $200 per line?

Unlimited welcome.

As another member stated, open the chat with exactly what you want.

First agent would only allow for free iPhone 14s so I ended the chat. Tried again and told the agent exactly what phones, plan, and rebates I wanted and they said Ok.

Just be ready to say no to all the extra perks they will offer, unless you do need streaming services and power adapters.

Am I missing something… to get full $1000 on trandein you need to be on Ultimate plan not Welcome Plan.

Isn't this correct?

If you want Ultimate Plan you wouldn't be on SD.

Not true. I got $1000 credit on unlimited welcome. Of course none of my phones were less than 256GB.

I've just double checked in the desktop and mobile. The ultimate is too much for me.

I am so new to this thread lol. Your message got my attention.

Is there a summary of the steps for the best deal, same as what you got?

That's weird, I didn't even have to ask with my rep, I believe she just offered it up when I mentioned getting the deal in-store. She said the $200 gc was only for online orders, which I confirmed was per line. It was in my order recap, but I didn't get a screenshot of it - I do have it in my transcript, though.

Edit:
It is in my receipt - see attached.
Ugh, my receipt does not have it. Only have screenshot of chat, the agent said "For the gift card, once you activated your new phones for the 65th day of service activation of your devices you can get it and we would be emailing you by the 30th day for the redemption process and steps on how to redeem it" Should I cancel

I can't get Verizon chat to work anymore- is it too late for this deal? Or do I need to wait on hold for a really painful phone call?

Just switched and ordered via chat from T-Mobile 5 lines. Got $200/line GC for 5 lines and traded in old cracked phones (bought in a lot on eBay) for all free iPhones. Got the Unlimited Plus with Nurses discount and total with 3 iPhone Pros and 2 IPhone Maxs was $222.47 with Taxes and Fees. I took a screenshot of the entire chat and screen recorded in case something went wrong. I won't lie though, with T-Mobile I had 9 lines and paid $175/months (added bunch of unused free lines over the years and insider discount). Moving for now because deal with Verizon was good. I will sell all 5 iPhone pros on eBay and make about $2000-2500. Also, already sold S21s that I also got free with the free line combo promos with T-Mobile for $250 each. So I am all set for now

I believe the agents are playing games/confused. The $200 promotion is for the higher plans. The agent kept assuring me $200 but the whole ordering process doesn't show the promotion anywhere. They sent a link later for the promotion later and it shows $200 on the higher plans.
