This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

Hey how do you submit for rebates? i didnt get any email or notification for the gift card
Visit,

https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/

Enter the following codes for various things:

300CARTOFFER24 For online smartphone purchase
200SWITCHNOV24 For $200 Port-in rebate
100SWITCHNOV24 For $100 Port-in rebate

It will also ask you the purchase date.

You will then get an email to confirm your email address.

Click the link in the email to confirm your email address.

If you are doing a port-in rebate it will then ask you to add which mobile numbers they are for, you can add multiple numbers to the same rebate it will give a tracking number for each.

If you have an issue confirming your email address like I did, visit the Verizon forums below.

https://community.verizon.com/

Make a login/use your Verizon login to post about the email confirmation issues and a verizon rep will respond and sort it out for you.

Hope that helps.

I agree, those deals are never free. I just do calculations to check if discounts are worth it.

My Verizon Customer Service Rep promised the $200 GC on the Unlimited Welcome plan and processed all of them on the phone. I received the tracking numbers on the $200 Switcher Rebate via Email. However, when I check at yourdigitalrebatecenter website, I see my rebate request but with a fine print that says I need to be in the Ultimate Ultimate or Plus to qualify for the $200 rebate. Anyone else had this issue?

I had to order over the phone too, though my rep did not process the rebates for me. He told me that the $200 rebate required the Ultimate/Plus while my other 3 lines on Welcome Unlimited qualified for the $100 rebate which is what I sent in.

Folks who got this deal : are you able to see the credits for phone show up in the 1st bill and monthly bill? I traded in 4 iphone 7s in the affliate store and it only shows up $13.5 credit (half of $27). Store rep says hes trying to fix it with Corporate BE and may take 1 or 2 billing cycles. All this feels fishy to me, why advertise 16 pro as free but only apply 50% of value as credit? has the store rep f**ked it up? What are my options (online customer rep asks me to hang tight for 2 billing cycles, by then return window is closed!)Was with Tmobile all this while and costco reps would do this very well and havnt faced these kind of incompetencies before. so kinda jittery at this moment about this whole deal. on Top of it, dont have any notifications for the switch. $100 per line was promised for the swtich.
They put you on the no trade promo. You need to promo switch to the trade in promo. If you did the trades it may all settle automatically but I asked them to do it while I waited. You will get an email removing the promo. Next day a new email with the trade in promo added. Makes your bill pretty wild for a few days.

I am in the same boat, my account is all fxed after i went to the store. They promised to fix it with credits but if it doesnt work out, ive been taking screenshots and will report it to my state AG. My maximum downside seems to be about 4k over 3 years if it doesnt work out. It will be a lesson learned at a steep price lol
mine got corrected today after multiple follow ups with store rep.. not a great 1st experience with Vzn

I am using promo code CHAT200GC2024 on the rebate site but getting an error message at the last step when I click on the Submit button "Oops... We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."

Anyone running in to the same issue?

Ordered 4 phones 4 days ago and they are on backorder and yet to ship. I contacted customer service and they gave me an estimated ship date of 12/20. Just FYI in case you want to jump on this in time for Xmas delivery.

Ordered 4 phones Monday night (9th) at like 8:30pm, had them on Wednesday. YMMV based on color and size availability. One of the reps informed me that two colors were on backorder with similar ship date, yet, I got the phones.

Also might depend on your location. Many companies ship from different warehouses depending on the destination.

There are two $200 promos. This is causing a lot of confusion even among chat agents. If you got the Unlimited Welcome plan, I believe you need to use promo code CHAT200GC2024 which states under Eligibility Requirements: "Available in select channels only. Get a $200 Verizon e-Gift Card on us when you complete purchase a new smartphone from your cart and activate a newline on a postpaid Verizon consumer account with an Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate plan req'd between 8.30.24 and12.31.24. Limit 12 per account and Certified Pre-Owned devices are excluded. Offer not available to Visible customers, Total by Verizon customers, Verizon Employees, or Verizon Retirees."
I submitted both and let the system pick whichever one I qualify for.
