My 4070 Super is an msi (I realize that can vary)
Memory is T Force Delta 16GBx2 5200
"I have one, and the fan loudness is fixable. For some reason the BIOS setting has the case fans going at max speed all the time, so I just went in to the settings and set up a curve. Once I did that it's much quieter now."

This comment made me pull the trigger. My most recent tower is an Inspiron from 2017 with a first gen Ryzen 1700 that won't even allow an upgrade to W11, paired with a 580 which was just an unlocked 480. It's been showing its age for a while now so I'm excited to pick up something new after 7 years.
Fan noise typically doesn't bother me because I like white noise, but knowing it's adjustable is good to know, and useful when necessary. Plus I figure buying from Costco gives me some piece of mind if I'm not as impressed as I'm hoping to be, or if the price changes within the next 30 or 90 days, whichever it is.
Cheers!
Dang, no optical audio out either? Hmmm
Actually you know what, this CPU is one of the ones that has been having issues. I know they said it's been fixed, but I'm just not sure I buy it.
Edit it looks like we are about 2 weeks too late.

Bios updated fixed it, along with the fan setting issue. It's solid now.
You can always add a sound card if having opt out is that important to you.
