I bought this exact computer last week, it's a beast. This is the motherboard: https://www.asus.com/motherboards...-a-ax6-ii/

My 4070 Super is an msi (I realize that can vary)
Memory is T Force Delta 16GBx2 5200

I found a discussion of this pc on reddit. Here is what they said about the loudness.

"I have one, and the fan loudness is fixable. For some reason the BIOS setting has the case fans going at max speed all the time, so I just went in to the settings and set up a curve. Once I did that it's much quieter now."

That's the neat part. You can upgrade the wifi chip yourself with a desktop. Also, no one uses wifi on a gaming machine.

This is a hecka good deal even if you have to spend an extra 60 bucks for Costco membership.
Buy a Costco gift card, use it and they can't deny you

BaseBoard Product PRO B760-VC WIFI 7 BULK (MS-7D98)

SMBIOS Version 3.5
Embedded Controller Version 255.255

I got both asrock and Msi. Asrock keeps on crashing and giving me bluescreen. I had to return that one. The fan on MSI was not loud compared to AsRock.

I'm in the process of setting up this computer and I'm running into an issue with the Bluetooth not detecting any of my Bluetooth devices. These devices are detectable by my iPhone and other computers so the issue has to be with this new computer. There is a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna that I've already connected in the back, but that didn't solve the problem. Anyone else experience this and have a solution for it?
I too had the same BT issue. Here's what I did that eventually worked (for now).
  1. I installed MyAsus App. This makes it easier to find the needed driver.
  2. Within the System Update section, there are a bunch of updates and drivers to choose from
  3. Scroll down to the Bluetooth section, download the "Asus Bluetooth Driver V2.10.1061.3009 for Windows 10 64-bit...etc.
  4. Extract it all into a folder.
  5. Run the executable which should install what's needed.
  6. Check bluetooth which should now start "seeing" your devices.
  7. Interestingly, the driver versions listed under Device Manager did not change but somehow it's now working.

Good luck!

OOS online, check local store stock if your still looking for this. Hopefully once my delivery comes in there won't be a problem since replacement might be difficult.

Use CPU-Z to find the memory and timings that are installed. That will make it easier for you to shop around for a matching set.

What's the difference between this and the other 2 with the 4060s in them? Shopping for a 13 year old and said FPS matters 😁

A bit overkill but a good deal. If you get a better monitor at one point you are all set.
This system is a beast for gaming. If it's in your price range you'll be absolutely set.

Is this overkill for a work from home desktop and photo editing?
