As far as sizing as know that is mentioned...almost canceled order based on reviews of not fitting larger heads and the xm5 being better for that...
Not sure who wrote those...I have a large head (most standard hats won't fit me even on their last loop/snap) and still didn't have issues... got these back in October on that pricing error
Just make sure to adjust them to the larger length (they pull up or down on bar)
One thing of note, these (and all) over-ear headphones get warm just in the design traps heat. My intended purpose for these is at home as it's not comfortable to wear earbuds most the day. These have been good for that, battery life seems to be pretty accurate. Obviously noise canceling kicks it down when running such, but still
