Great for tight spaces (between joists or such). Wherever you can't swing a hammer. Also great for driving nails through hangers when you don't have a gun for that.

Bought it when doing a deck to, like another user mentioned, install joist hangers. It is great for any place where you don't care about appearance or tight spots where you can't swing a hammer. This thing has some serious power though. It will dent the wood if (when) you drive the nail in and still have the trigger depressed. But it's very handy when you can't swing a hammer in a tight spot.

For a tool that is designed to solve space issues, this thing looks way bigger than air driven palm nailers. I had this in my wish list but after seeing that video, I'll deal with the additional hassle of digging out my compressor to use my air driven palm nailer which is way smaller.
