If you charge one device only, it can get to 65w, 45w+20w for 2 devices. The Anker webpage has conflicting information on this. But their manual confirms 65w max for one device.

Oh I see what you're saying now. 20 * 3.25 = 65 (V x A = W). Sorry, I wasn't familiar with how Watts was calculated so learned something from you today. Thanks!

it means either ports should give you 65w, only when you charge simultaneously charge on 2 ports then it splits 45w + 20w, a lot of reviews point it works fine on all laptops, 65w is the bare minimum for a laptop otherwise it reports as under voltage
