Received this promotion. Careful trying to use this one; I ordered $441 worth of merchandise in a single order, but Backcountry split up the order into two separate invoices as not all of my items shipped from the same warehouse (this is according to Backcountry's customer service rep). Backcountry couldn't (or wouldn't) adjust the charge to just be one and Chase said "well, that's a merchant issue so we won't honor it." The most annoying part is it all shipped already too, so I couldn't even cancel it.

I kept getting that error in chrome but switched to safari and redid everything and it went through. Maybe clear your cache or try a new browser?
