I had the same issue, tried using PayPal and was denied the credit. Going to return the item and order a gift card instead once there is A good data point

has anyone been able to order a $400 gift card or is it only 2x$200?,

My offer vanished yesterday morning, single charge of $400+ is now posted but there is pending charge for same amount as credit. Should I be worried?

It's on my Chase Offers page, but the order wouldn't process it looks like Backcountry is blocking Chase cards.

p.s. calling in to place the order works, but then no cashback offering. Since I missed the 15% it's not that big of a deal I guess.

Don't see an offer on my chase offers page nor pending anywhere a week after making a purchase. Emailed Chase on this. Otherwise Backcountry would be stuck with a bunch of returned items.

Some updates - my order was split in two as well and sounds like Backcountry does that on their back end when they ship from different warehouses.

I talked to BackCountry's GearHead, and he said that I can return the order, then chat with a representative via web or phone and have them help set up the order. If they do it on their end, he said they would honor whatever Black Friday deals I got, and also make sure it gets placed as one entire order that's over $400. The downside to this is I am still waiting on one of the shipments, and also means I lose any cash back from other websites.

I talked to CSR representative today as well, and she said that the offer is currently updating... not sure what that means but she asked to call back in 1-2 hours. She couldn't give me details about it either.

This happened with my AllBirds order. If it disappears, it usually means it is in the process of getting redeemed. That happened to me for AllBirds, then it showed that I had earned the $100 in my offer site the next day. Two days after that, I now see a $100 credit on my card.

Na it ain't different warehouse. Their system is just bad imo. I had my order split in 2, from the same warehouse in Virginia. Label created 2 hours apart.
