My offer disappeared and no sign or evidence of the credit anywhere. This was 5 days ago.

This is a complete scam and I'm out $400+. Big hassle to have to return these items.

Yep same here. It doesn't make it better that they shipped my item and it went from Utah to Nebraska and now sits back in Utah with Fedex. Placed the order 6 days ago.

They also split my purchase. Initially, the pending transaction was for the full amount. I called Backcountry and they are aware of the issue. They cited the disclaimer on the Chase Offer that says to call the number on the back of the Chase credit card. When I did that, the Chase rep understood the issue and filed a ticket to escalate this to another Chase team for review. Said I'll hear back within 10 days. She said they can see the initial charge, which should be enough, but I have my invoice to follow up with if they deny it initially.

First rule. Do not call the store.

Second rule.

Screenshot every large purchase for credit card offers & cash back portals through checkout. They can't handle the truth.

I placed an order for 2 items and it all shipped together under a single charge. When I went to go check my offers, I'm also not seeing the activated offer. Just seems to have disappeared completely...

Chase customer care rep mentioned that they are well aware of the issue of backcountry charge splits and stated that they are actively working on a resolution. The rep assured that the offer will be honored for all the customers affected by this problem.
