My offer disappeared as well. Just got off the phone with Customer Service and she was surprised to see the offer was removed from the page on her side. She created an escalation and we will see the outcome. I'm glad I screenshot the offer page with it active. She believes the offer will be honored.

Made my $400+ purchase on December 3rd, offer disappeared from my offers page shortly thereafter and no $200 credit yet. There also was a temporary credit back to my card that Backcountry posted, though it was only pending and fell off. The offer did say get cash back within 14 days though. The charge descriptor shows "BCY*BACKCOUNTRY.COM". I'll probably give it a couple more days before contacting Chase about it since someone else here made their purchase a day before mine and got their credit yesterday.

Same here. Offer disappeared. I also used allbirds 100 off 200 chase offer and already have that credit on my account a few days ago.

Hope it gets resolved fast. I'm not going to keep these items if I don't get the offer

Exact same experience here. Unfortunately I'm traveling right now but will be returning my purchase when I return if the credit hasn't posted by then. Sucks we have to pay to ship it back.

Similar situation. Ordered Dec. 2, one charge over $400. Order shipped, early on Dec 4, and late on Dec. 4 a new charge for 2 cents less than the original charge, and a credit for the original charge. My statement just closed, with only the 2nd charge posting to the statement. No sign of the offer in my account anymore, and no $200 credit yet. Will wait for a few more days before contacting Chase.

hm, same with me. Going to send them a message. I had two charges of different amounts - one was a credit that was a few pennies off from the actual charge. Wonder if that complicated it and it made the system think I triggered a return nullifying my offer?
