Did anyone else add this to their Chase account, but NOT use it yet, and now its gone? I was out of the country, and Chase would let me add it to my account, but BC wouldn't let me order as it detected me not being in the US. Now that I am back, the offer isn't there any more. I assume its pulled?

Made the transaction on Dec 2nd. Payment was split into 2. Called chase on the same day, raised a ticket. Today i see the offer in redeemed section. Also received "Congrats! You've successfully redeemed one of your Chase Offers" email!

Posted this on the 150 purchase and get 50 off but wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue as me? It looks like I need to make a return now…

Is anyone else having issues with the redeem from Chase? I added it on my account before ordering on backcountry but its no longer showing on my account. It just disappeared and not even showing that I redeemed the offer and the offer is no longer there either…. I called Chase and asked about this but they are saying they have no records of this offer at all at chase and I didn't redeem anything which is crazy.

I specifically redeemed the offer to make a purchase…
