Bro there are much worse things to put in your body. Live life and don't worry about extending your life span by 4-5 years way later in life at a point where youre slowly becoming more incapacitated with each passing month.

Brown rice protein, pea protein are junk protein. Tapioca syrup, inulin are the other two of first 3 ingredients. They are horrible for your body. Spending $4.94 to make your health worse ain't smart SDers!

My thoughts exactly. We're really on here complaining that all of those are horrible when there are 100s of other things more horrible than that? And that protein is not junk protein. It just isn't whey, casein or egg. But it isn't bad for you. These aren't meant to be true protein bars.

I actually like the cookies and cream. I don't eat them for the protein. I eat them because I like the taste. And it satisfies a sweet tooth. Definitely a good price for that one, and even the cookies and cream. I usually pay $1 for them at the store.
