No reason it shouldn't be. PS5 will run a little speed test which is not difficult to clear and most if not all PCIe 4.0 SSDs will surpass it. My FanXiang one with similar speed worked just fine. This is an unbeatable price for a new PCIe 4.0 2TB SSD.

Cheapest 2tb Gen4 w/ Dram was the WD Black 2tb for $123 I saw this sale so @80 is a steal, I might pick up all 3 because this can't be real.

MSI spatium m482 has a proven good controller and is a few dollars more expensive direct from MSI.

Like all things like this, it known to have problems but this controller specifically in Adata models give the most if not all problems but i guess if it fails in those the potential is higher in these too.
