I personally have some gut health/inflimation problems, and the costco one does help (as well as staying away from Dairy and Whey). Can't say for others, but the probiotics definately helped me out a bit.

I mix it into shakes along with a whey based power so I get more protein and it's not ALL dairy - there are side effects to my stomach if I do all dairy.

Edit: I looked at the product from last order and they're exactly same. It does come with +1 billion probiotics on the label on the box. It appears to be picture mistake on the site.
Seems the chocolate is also part of this offer FYI. Just ordered 2 for $29.88. I think I'll definitely prefer the chocolate one more
