For those who want ALL fighters, get Team Pass 1, Team Pass 2, and Fighters Pass. $5.59 each.
Total: $25.76 for the complete game. Yes it's old and shouldn't be this expensive and should be complete edition. Still it's a beautiful game. Show some love. It's also on sale for Playstation but a few dollars more for standard and fighters Pass.

General comment. Fighting games are overall worse in their pricing scheme than others. This is as best yet if one considers next gen fighting games. So far have not found a decent price for complete edition of any fighting game that is lower than $50. Maybe bc it's only year 2 of the cycle so it will probably be 1-2 more years before we see further droppings. This is as good as it gets for now.
