and more night credits and spending toward lifetime status. vs just paying for my mortgage via my bank account. so no, not kidding.
Most of the time I used this for rent via their ACH payment set on auto pay on my landlord portal. No issues whatsoever. If you are worried about carrying the balance to your end of statement period (credit score) there is an option where they connect bilt to a checking account and they do like a pass through.
Since August this year I became a homeowner and have been using the same ACH function to pay my mortgage with BILT. I looked it up and it seemed like a lot of users on reddit report long time success with different lenders. Technically we are not supposed to do it but haven't had any issues.
Aside from that to meet the 5 transactions requirements I have been using bilt (ACH) for 2 years now to pay for most of my utilities and HOA which do not allow Credit Cards or charge a hefty fee. I chatted with support prior to doing this to make sure this would be OK and they said it was ok
I read the same thing someone else reported WF is not happy. I think this is basically free money (points) so get while you can!

I have read that on previous threads. Personally, I've been using it for over a year with 0 issues.
