They probably want at least 5 transactions to mitigate higher risk of paying debt with debt.... to validate paying you the full cashback reward amount.
I would imagine most people here would want the full 1000+ Points with their mortgage payment if no 5 transactions you only get 250 Points per month.
Does anyone know if 2000 Points equals $20?
**oh, and PS this actually might hurt your creditworthiness to move elsewhere because you know most banks wont take your new mortgage if you have 45%+ debt to income. lol
Since how you will have a credit line and a mortgate line monthly payment due on your credit report. LMAO so I can see how this is to good to be true for those with limited incomes.
You might have to close the card or just not use it prior to applying to any new mortgages.....
