I'm currently on the $25/mo Total 5G Unlimited plan, and I am really not wanting to lose that. I wrote the corporate office using the byebyetmohelp support email and asked if the two $60 plans could be removed from my reserve and converted to $120 in wallet funds. I received a call back, and the agent was bewildered by my question. She created some sort of escalation ticket, but I don't have a lot of faith.
All of this to say: don't make the same mistake I made. If you're a Total customer, I would suggest you avoid purchasing any refill cards/egift cards from any retailer that's not Total themselves. There's a good possibility that you're just throwing your money away.

For instance I had a single line at Total, and I bought a $100 card that was for 4 lines or something like that, and found out I wasn't able to use it. Pretty bad design not allowing the $100 to be applied as a dollar amount to any line. I had to sell the $100 card on eBay for a loss just to get rid of it.
I would never buy a card for Total Wireless again given that bad experience.
