This is a really good deal, IMO. I bought the same model new this past spring on sale at Costco for $499.99, if memory serves. I gotten a season out of ... no complaints.

Doesn't the $499 Costco package include a trimmer, blowers, and other items? Also new item instead of refurbished.

Correct me if you think I got this wrong.

The battery charger is super loud when charging a 0% 80v battery.

I'm most likely going to return mine. Just got it last night and there are a few issues with it.
  1. They packaged the mower in a way where the wires were rubbing bare against the aluminum extruded handles. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that this was going to happen. The only saving grace is that it only just started to rub against the inner wires so technically the mower still works.
  2. The battery LED indicator is faulty. I put two fully charged battery in and you can see that there is a faulty LED in each row.
  3. The battery charger is substantially louder than my other 80V charger. It sounds like the fan is not running smoothly.
I haven't tested it yet since I'm in TX and our growing season is over and the grass is dormant but I'm not willing to find out that it's bunk come spring time when the warranty is out.

Bestbuy was able to do an exchange for me and had another delivered to my home. It arrived today but the condition was even worse than the first one. The blade had multiple nicks on it. The frame was very beat up. It looks like it has been used for a few years and stored outside because of the color fading from the sun on all of the stickers. Going to return this one back to the store and just get a Milwaukee come spring. Hope the rest of you guys had a better experience.
