When the Icon Ratchets were 40% off during the parking lot sale, HF referred to it as a 'ratchet' sale. So probably no ratchets this time.

Might not matter on new bolts, but on worn or rusty, could be a life saver.
Last time I looked, some Pittsburgh sets were only available in 12pt, and most mechanics want 6pt.
But for a homeowner who uses a set once a month, I'm sure Pittsburgh is plenty good enough.
