Where are the cheap mens holiday gift sets this year? Razors/body wash/deodorant like old spice, gillette?

I cant believe this is the deal am asking for help on.
Every year I have several male family members that I get various mens holiday gift sets.
The last 3 years I got them at Target, when they had the 50% BF gift set sale. This year Target didnt include any mens sets. They arent even carrying many, like the old spice is gingerbread men scent (dont think that would go over big for whom I am shopping for) and full price.
Before target I went to Rite aide for these deals but they are long gone in my area. Before that it was Walgreens and they had no deals this year and a limited selection, only 2 full proce razor kits and one dove body wash set.
Im just looking for the sets that are a razor couple refills and shave gel, or a set that is 2 body washes and a bar of soap or deodorant and body wash.
There are a few old spice ones at Walmart but $15 is no deal, I could buy the items seperate at Kroger with coupons cheaper but I would like it in holiday packing if it could be for a few older family members that expect the same old gifts.
Is this lack of sales on these "basic" just a sign of the times? and I should adjust my future gift planning, or am I missing some sales.
The only store I do not have anywhere near me is CVS.
