maxes out all 3 devices and settled on the Samsung wireless duo charger which is 19.99 on woot right now. It's pretty good for phone and watch and charge my buds on a 2nd one in a different room. These don't come with charger blocks though.
I have this from Lisen, which seems the same? It usually goes on sale for $30 frequently.

Though what annoyed me enough to return it was the faint rhythmic squealing noise (coil whine) it produces when nothing is being charged. This may not bother 95% of the population, but it bothers me especially when it's within earshot on my nightstand.
