Deal History

I have one of these, this is a very quality stand! The only thing you might not realize is that you can't put the stand with its back flush against the wall as the guitars lean over the top. You have to pull it about a foot from the wall so that your guitar or bass head stock doesn't hit the wall. I use mine in our studio in an open area, so it's no problem for me. Other than that, great stand and this is a great price!
edited to add the fact that I have a bass in mine so it stuck out further from the wall than it would for just having guitars in it.

This was the 3rd time I purchased the GS525B. Solid rack, my favorite!
I got one GS525B base (5 holders) for $50.10, one with the extension packs (7 holders) for $64.49, and now another (7 holders) for $64.99. All great deals. 6 holders each rack is plenty for me. 7 may only work with SGs etc.
It really is so incredibly worth it. My favorite guitar took a dive off a cheaper stand and I will never forgive myself. Edit : I have a 3 and a 5 of this

Thank you so much for sharing this! Bought one for my husband for Christmas.
He currently has his guitars hanging on the wall and I feel this rack is a good investment.

A very thoughtful gift. You're not just giving your husband a guitar stand, you're giving him an excuse to buy more guitars!

The base model is set up for five guitars, this pack gives you two more to hold 7. Hercules says it can hold up to 10 but I found 9 is my limit.
Additional yokes can be purchased for $12-$13.

There was one time I paid $44.99 + tax for the Proline PLMS5 [musiciansfriend.com]. What a garbage. Stick to Hercules folks!
