I bought this refurbished vis ebay last year or the year before. We use it daily multiple times a day. It became our main vacuum and stopped using our corded shark. Zero issues so far.

Wow this is a great deal. I have two Dyson v10, bought refurb but came like new. It's been five years and still going strong. I suggest to buy the "Soft Double Roller Brush" (3rd party, search it up on amazon), it is a must have tool for hard wood floor. Also get the accessories hanger.

You can get a new dyson brand fluffy head attachment off of ebay for 40 dollars or so. Only thing about the fluffy head is that it only really picks up well when you are going forward, not on the pull back. I got one for the v10 I bought refurb from ebay 4 years ago. I use it for commercial cleaning, so daily I drain the battery once at least. Still goes strong after years and I haven't noticed diminishing battery life. I used to have a v8 and that thing's battery went bad after a year.

Got mine today. This thing is awesome! Only thing I'm missing is the mounting hardware for the wall mount. Did anyone else get it or is everyone missing it?

wish i got this. bought it refurb nov 24, 2022 when they had it on sale. went to use it today and battery is toast. doesn't last for more than 10 seconds. crazy how it failed out of nowhere. Chatted with All state and the 2 year team and they confirmed im SOL, since warranty is 20 days past. they said buy a new one. so that sucks. this is the second one ive had that lasts about 2 years.

I'd also recommend staying away from amazon batteries, as we had a v6 with one and it exploded and caught fire in the house. called 911 and we were safe. but be careful out there.

I've had that issue too with other brands. I stay away from ones with non removable batteries now, because I use mine daily so the battery life will degrade fast.

You can buy an adapter to allow using DeWalt or Milwaukee power tools batteries.
