Socket AM4 had new CPU releases in 2024, 8 years after launch. As far as socket support goes, including chipset BIOS updates to support new CPUs, AMD is miles ahead of Intel. Socket AM5 launched in 2022 and AMD is supporting it at least through 2027. If you buy this computer, you're set for Ryzen 9000 and beyond.

Call them. Some orders are getting marked as scam and being cancelled by Walmart. Calling them fixes it.
Same happened to me, just call them to remove the flag on your account.

Build your PC with pride. Grass isnt always greener with a prebuild. 7600x3d is a good cpu that is only at microcenter. If I were to change anything it would be the gpu. But im just a snob, it may be perfectly fine for what you play.

That rig will give you slightly more framerate in CPU bound esports titles running at 1080p medium.

The GRE deal will give you about 20% more framerates at high/ultra gpu bound scenarios.

It really is a tough call. You have to weigh whether you want to experience building the PC as part of the purchase. nod

I think ima just keep it. This comes out to $1093 after tax. For mines I paid $1190, so a little under $100. I would definitely change the PSU and I honestly don't like having my case plastered in the cyber power logo lol. I guess I'll stay

I had a similar build and only real difference is that I had 2tb ssd.

Bought this deal and am returning the purchased parts and canceled the parts that weren't delivered yet. Even if these are budget parts, as long as they aren't pulling some NZXT nonsense, this PC should deliver some quality gaming at a very good price.

But it might be worth keeping the parts if you really value better quality parts and having that personal touch to the building process. Also if you have a theme or aesthetic preference, that could very well justify the premium cost to keep the parts.
