The return period is 15 days.
The period for acceptance of a trade in is about 3 weeks.
If you try to return once you find out trade in was rejected, you can't. You can't even find a customer service to talk about it.
I've done more than a dozen trade-ins with Samsung over the years and this is the second time this scenario has happened, so ALWAYS take photos/video of your trade-in. $350 credit for a 1st gen iphone SE was a sweet deal despite the nightmare hassle of the rejection.

If let's say Samsung will refuse my trade-in, can I return their phone and be fully reimbursed?
How does this trade-in offer works?
Can I use any old smartphone and get for example a S21 for $99 ?
Even if it has cracked screen, scratches etc. ?
Should I send them the old smartphone first and wait for their evaluation?
If let's say Samsung will refuse my trade-in, can I return their phone and be fully reimbursed?
For my watch7 and buds3 pro, I traded in my old watch and earbuds, respectively, and the return window closed well before either trade was inspected.
