None of these chairs will last longer than 4 years as they are all bonded leather. Please only post chairs made of a material that's literally designed to have a 2-4 year life span.

Not only that but if there is a mechanical or electrical failure, you are in for a nasty surprise. We had to go through the painstaking process of utilizing my Chase extended warranty to get our money back for one of these chairs that we bought my inlaws. Basically the motor and inflator mechanisms either stopped working completely or got much worse. My inlaws also managed to crack the remote screen but the remote was still usable. There are no replacement parts available for these chairs either. We had to pay a GeekSquad tech to come out to "officially" assess the issues with the chair via documenting and signing off that it wasn't working and couldn't be repaired… and even that was a PITA because they kept saying these products are not within their scope. If you call the Insignia warranty or support number though it redirects you back to Geeksquad lol. I went in circles with them before they eventually conceded to send a guy out. After he came out and documented things, I was able to complete the warranty claim and we eventually got our money back (also for the cost of the GeekSquad visit). Horrible experience and I'd stay far away from any Insignia product after this. And if you can get an extended warranty or have a credit card with one, definitely use it on these kinds of purchases
