I am thrilled for anyone who wants and gets this promo. Personally, and I am not alone, I cannot trust Frontier and other LCC if I really need to get somewhere, like a business trip. Or even a leisure trip where I have reserved and prepaid a hotel stay.
Multiple times in the last several years I have had cancelled flights. As far as what I know, they are only obligated to give you a refund of fare paid or get you on the next available flight that they alone have. In 2 of my experiences the next available was more than 24 hours away, so in each case I bought a full fare ticket on another carrier to get to my destination. I am sure others have had great experiences.
Do not get me wrong, if I have lots of leisure time I enjoy capturing a $19 fare! But to fly them consistently, even for free--not for me. For many others, once again---GO FOR IT
As another data point, I've taken about 15 flights this year on the pass. No flight cancellations. I think I've only ever connected once and it was fine. I plan on buying it again, especially at $299.
They have very few flights per day (1-2) so if anything happens to that flight then you're probably stranded for at least 24 hours or booking on another airline. You can't speak to a human, including the ones at the airport, without challenges or costs. They are extremely strict on baggage sizes. If your whole bag doesn't fit completely in their bag checker then there are fees charged. Their flight times aren't consistent (that same flight might be at a different time on different days). The GoWild availability is not always available or for a low price. They treat you just slightly better than their employees traveling using a similar program.
Also, I can't travel 1000 miles for $16 in 2 hours any other way. If it works it works, but, for many, it won't.
Quick break down to simplify things since I have the pass and use it often. $16 per segment (if you don't live in their hub city you'll most likely have to lay over in Denver, Phoenix, SF, Orlando, ATL) so typically one ways is $32A normal back pack is free but don't push it cause the agents make $10 if you are caught with a bag that's too bigThis pass starts May 1st valid for a yearYou can book domestic flights a day prior at midnight, GWP seats aren't always available ( I've been able to get 80% of the flights I wanted but I'm also very flexible with travel ) Of over 100 flights I've taken, 2 cancellations and 4 delays over 45 minutes. Read the terms and conditions before you buy.

Depends, a lot of people book notel trips so they fly out in the morning, enjoy the city for the day and fly back at night. Ymmv. But you can buy RT if you purchase flight day of and see a flight home the next day for the GWP price. Just remember frontier has limited flights so each city so you need to be flexible to use this pass. I'm a remote worker so I'm flexible going home and have access to most lounges so this pass has been great for me. If you're not that flexible do not buy the pass

The carrier interface charge is $23 per leg, so if there's 1 stop then it's $46 total. You won't pay this with the pass.
It's around $15 in taxes per leg, so for one stop it would be $30, but that's the most you'd pay.
So yeah, it can be a huge savings overall, but better on nonstop flights.
The only problem is not knowing how available these $0.01 flights really are...that's the only thing I'm hesitant on. You can only book up to 24 hours in advance.

This is a deal for gamblers, who can take last minute flights. Perfect for some, terrible for others.

So the price you see when you search are those "applicable taxes, fees, and charges."I would mention you have to go through about 5 screens of denying extra charges (bags, self-service, insurance,etc.) but that quoted price on the search page is the total price.Added a screenshot as an example. That flight is listed at $39 on the search page. Actual price $38.96 charged to credit card.
That includes the usage fee which I believe is not charged to go wild passholders.

You can just get a frontier credit card and get 2 free checked bags, and gold status with free carryon and seat selection for $3000 spend in first 90 days, also you get 100k bonus points which is like 5x coast to coast flights or 10x short haul flights for free before the pass starts in May.
The pass is awesome if you can read fine print, don't travel on holidays much, plan on the fly, and are flexible. Otherwise I'd steer very clear. More for people who want to fly and explore a lot than someone who flies once a year and gets upset if they're not given peanuts or something. If you fly a lot get elite gold status and you will be able to go to a ton of places with the pass. Like I get exit row and a free carry on flights that are cheaper than Ubers. Usually go somewhere once a month and have only experienced one bad delay (8 hours) which was communicates before I got to the airport. As someone mentioned though. Being in Denver makes a huge difference with it for me. There are tons of routes.

I rely on Frontier for all business travel since I live in Denver. 0 cancellations and usually fly out 2-3 times a month. Nonstop to almost every major city in the USA.
Being in DEN makes your situation unique, and optimal. Everyone else will be worse off, guaranteed. Doesn't mean others shouldn't sign up, but nobody will have the maximized experience you do.
