Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
This is a bonkers good price.
These are excellent subwoofers for this price, nothing compares.
I've owned many speakers, subs and components.
I owned two of these for awhile with no issues and they produce very tight, well controlled excellent bass. They are physically fairly large and will be overkill and likely sound boomy in any small room.
Beyond that just excellent subs.
.... but note they have had many complaints about the plate amps crapping out.
After I bought one, talked myself out of another...A friend offered me a profit to sell him mine right after the sale ended. Of course I didn't sell it but did wish I had bought another. So...I'm in again for one. I'm not worried about the amp as I have several powerful amps just setting in my carhole anyway, ymmv.

Isnt this one part of the old line of crappy subs vs the new ones that kick ass?
Not crappy unless my older svs is REALLY crappy. It had," had" way less output, been broke for years and cost more. I like svs as a company, facts a fact.

I got this same sub a couple years ago and love it! $399 is crazy cheap for this so I just ordered another one. My wife is going to kill me when it shows up lmao!
I got one of these last time it was on sale for $400. Very happy with it.
From what I've read, the issues are related to it being in standby mode all the time. I threw it on a smart switch where I power it up via the plug's app. I also set it on a schedule to have it turn off late at night in case I forget. If the standby mode theory is correct, this should last me a really long time.

Note the well known amp failures were related to the older version of this model not the SPL-150.
