I went to my local costco and it was miserable. No promo, BOGO was on hold, no costco cash card on my plan. Couldnt help me even though I verified my plan was qualified. Went home, read this, called and added 2 lines with BOGO. It was $15 first line and 2nd one was free, but with autodebit, they reduced it to $10. Took 1 phone 16 pro and traded in a Galaxy S9 that I got on ebay for $100, and got $830 credit - $30 trade in and $800 in 24 montly credits. The phone was $1099 and $45.79 monthly so $12.46 monthly plus $10 for 2 lines. Plus one $75 costco card which should offset the monthly line charge until I can cancel. So its a reasonably good offer for a phone 16 pro 256GB for $500 (tax included, ebay trade in cost included - half off). |

FYI - originally my Magenta Max plan was suppose to provide a free upgrade to a phone every 2 yrs until they changed it and came up with this new Go5G Plan. They will probably do the same in 2 yrs and come up with a different plan. Typical switch & bait.

Sucks having to keep explaining to Tmobile Rep and them being told I should be getting my credits soon. Then I don't get my credit and have to keep calling back, over and over.
I couldn't talk to anyone in the US. So frustrating.
I filled out a BBB complaint and instantly got a call from a very nice woman who solved my problem instantly.
