With Colorado and Federal EV credits, apparently it is possible to get a $0 down, $0 payment on this car IF YOU ARE A COLOARD Resident. You will also be on the hook for $395 return fee at the end of the lease. You will however receive $600 in accessories including a Level 2 charger. Apparently Stellantis is incentivizing dealers to sell these even though the dealer is receiving nearly no money on each sale.

its not free. you need 700 credit score to apply. also fees are about $1,200 otd at 7:27 in video. electrician will charge about $700-$2k to install the charger depending on how scummy they are.

Does seem even better than the Nissan Leaf offer, though I'll be interested in hearing from the slickdealers who are lease experts. Particularly interesting here is the inclusion of both the Level 1 charger as well as a Level 2 charger (or $600 in credits). My guess is that the charger is the better (more financially advantageous) choice.

Was only slightly disappointed about the lack of blind spot warning. At the same time, I'll be interested to read up on the interface for the standard lane departure warning (is it an effective aid or more of a nuisance). Also seems like the base cruise control is not adaptive cruise control?

I may finally jump on this one for the daily commute and occasional short weekend trip.

The key consideration here are how well the math works given the generous credits available for lease deals in CO. This is another area where lease experts could chime in, but I'd guess that a $5k state credit for EVs, a $2.5k state credit specific to EVs with an MSRP below $35k, a $600 incentive given to dealers who take care of all the paperwork, in addition to a $7500 incentive from the manufacturer is plenty to keep a dealership in the money when they are otherwise sitting on a HUGE backlog of inventory [moparinsiders.com]. Note that the CO state credit will drop to $3500 next year, so this is a good reason to consider such opportunities now.

For those with sufficient tax liability, getting a Level 2 charger wired up also presents the opportunity to apply for the maximum credit for installing new electric vehicle charging supply equipment (EVCSE) of $1,000 or 30 percent of the installation cost, whichever is lower.

We had the 500e on the $60/mo lease deal in 2016. The electric is much different than the gas fiat, reliability-wise. For the entire lease, we had 0 maintenance needed, just some software upgrades. It was a great car and fun to drive.
