Great price for today's inflated prices. Wish this came out 2 weeks ago when I have a need for them. I don't have any need now but debating to buy it or not.
The thing with sharkbite is you really need to make sure you connect them all the way in. You may think it's already all the way in but it's not (that's what she said). Highly recommend you buy the measuring tool they have if you're going to use sharkbite. Install it properly and do it once, it'll last very long.
Can I use this if I have 3/4", do I need to convert 1/2" to 3/4"?
You need to call a plumber, or research more before attempting. Plumbing can be easy but can also cause a repair bill your insurance won't want to cover if done improperly and not permitted and inspected. Not saying don't do your own repairs but know when to stay in your lane before you create a problem. There is profession for plumbing and should be well respected even though they make it look easy and drain your bank account all the way to Tim Hortons. I'm an electrician though so take my advice for what it is.

Plumbing ain't that hard. This is simple stuff.
Going from 3/4" to 1/2" will significantly affect water pressure.
If your plumbing is 3/4" just get 3/4" fittings. The cost savings trying to make these work won't be realized.
