Amazon says it will be ready to ship in 1-2 days. So, if they get more in stock, it could be available for S&S discounts, too. It's probably only 5%, with 5 S&S items, but hey, $3 is $3!
Just be sure your delivery day is before New Year's to be eligible for the rebate, to be safe! I'm not sure if P&G counts the order date, the billed date, or the delivery date.
Technically, there are two similar rebates (Holiday and NFL), so you could still be eligible for the other if you've gotten one rebate this quarter.
