I love this TV. I have a 77" AUA C3, that was refurbished, that I got in March 2024. I looked for months, after missing out on a deal where it was like $1500 at Micro Center. I could never find it again below $1800, but got mine for $1600. I continue to watch prices and saw Costco seemed to have some C2's I believe in the past month or so. But I still rarely ever see the C3 at anything below $1900. I'm considering getting a 65" C3 for our main family room TV. The 77" went in the basement. Great deal!

Bought this TV on the CM deal, love it. I have no desire to upgrade to the C4 and am happy to have saved $500

What are you basing that on, if you don't mind me asking? Everything I can tell from Best Buy's website describes this as simply a members-only discount. The description in the FP post also describes it that way.

Both links are working. You won't see $1499 price today unless you are a Plus Or Total member and signed in
Tomorrow, everyone who clicks on that link will see $1499 price

Had a 77 c9 with 5 year warranty that had burn in on certain colors that I didn't notice until recently. Called geek squad made appointment they came and confirmed, got approval by email later that day for a replacement and call the number to see my options. Just called last week they said my approved tv is the c3 and gave me a $2000 gift card which was the price at the time and got to keep my old tv. Just purchased this with 5 year warranty for less. I'm stoked
I have done the warranty exchange a lot over the years and I never herd of that.Normally they come and get the old tv when they bring the new one.

Technically I am supposed to dispose of the tv with burn in! My two options were to pay them to take it off the wall since I hung it myself and they would take it with them when they deliver the new tv or they issue me a gift card for c3 value and I dispose of the c9.

Ordered! Well this will be a nice compliment to the 98" QM751G TCL Mini-LED I got at BB for $2k on sale a couple weeks back (which is fantastic btw : )

I figure a balanced diet demands OLED as well as Mini LED, no?

Or do I need a 12 step program? lol

Ah ok… thought so. If I waited for geographically specific deals to come to one of the Costcos in my city then my scientific calculator from high school would be my best tech gadget lol

Panthrpants-
You are correct. It only makes sense to reward the early birds with an additional $500 off (or $450 I suppose, factoring in the $50 plus membership for 1 yr). Ffs… think about it… no one would be incentivized to jump on the deal today/tonight if it were otherwise.

This beautiful 77 incher was priced at $2200 and occasionally $2100 for most of the year so $1900 is a discount. But $1500 for a new 77" C3 is an *exceptional* deal. The Samsung S90C is not better enough to compensate for lack of Dolby Vision and the reliability of LG OLEDs.

Even if true, $50 seems like a pittance to assure oneself of, you know, actually GETTING the TV in question...lol. This deal is gonna get a lot of takers. I am assuming the whole thing is an effort to drum up BB Plus enrollees in the hopes that they will forget to cancel in 12 months when the second year's $49 charge hits. If it's a simple matter of waiting a day to get the same price that the paying members get (be they $50/yr or $180/yr memberships) then... it would be pretty nonsensical of BB.

I just bought it, i think costco sold it for the same price but their 5 years warranty is cheaper, but i missed that deal.

From what I read i think the C3 has less issues than C4, C4 has a bit more brightness of some scenes (very small difference), but tend to have a green tint for side viewer (i have a sofa that sees the TV at an angle).).

It's a bit annoying to buy the 50usd membership just for this tv, but overall it was just under 2000 usd total including tax es in CA.
I have a pretty wide living room. There isn't any excessive green on my C4 that anyone has seen.
